Gary A. Udashen participated in a webinar sponsored by the State Bar of Texas on November 15, 2023, entitled, “Wrongful Convictions: How They Happen and How to Fix Them.” 

Gary Udashen was part of an Innocence Project team that obtained the exoneration of a man in a ’89 sexual assault for which he served 26 years. 

Working with the Innocence Project of Texas, Gary Udashen and Brett Ordiway won the reversal of a capital murder conviction and life sentence based on false testimony
